We are getting in touch to let you know about a maintenance of our helpdesk that will be done today. To improve stability and security of the helpdesk we will upgrade it to the latest version. Helpdesk will be unavailable during this maintenance and you will not be able to open or reply tickets. Unfortunately, we will also not be able to reply to your tickets during the upgrade as well.

The maintenance will start at 8 PM EDT. Due to the number of tickets in the database, we are not able to provide more information about how long will the maintenance run.

SAN16 Emergency Maintenance

We are getting in touch to let you know about an emergency maintenance in our Cloud facility. At approximately 17:00 EDT, our SAN16 unit experienced a disk failure. This has impacted VPSs hosted on this SAN unit. We are working to get services restored as soon as possible.

Update: As of 18:05 EDT, will are rebooting all VPS's served by SAN16. If your VPS is offline, please be assured that it is being worked on.

Update: As of 18:40 EDT, most VPS's have started and any VPS's still offline will be back online very soon. Thanks for your patience.

Update: As of 19:15 EDT Some VPS's have been found to be in Read Only mode after the maintenance. We are currently working to resolve these issues. Please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.

Update: As of 19:40 EDT We are still working to resolve the VPS's which are stuck in Read Only mode. Thank you for your continued patience.

Update: As of 20:50 EDT SAN 16 is being moved to a new cage to complete this emergency maintenance. VPS's will be coming online very soon.

Update: As of 21:05 EDT SAN 16's migration has been completed, and VPS's are booting. We are getting them online as quickly as possible.

Update: As of 23:40 EDT SAN 16 is still being worked on. Our System Administration team is working fervently to resolve lingering issues.

Update: As of 00:00 EDT All VPS's using SAN 16's are being moved to a hot backup. During this, your VPS will briefly reboot.

HVM173 Performance Issues

We're getting in touch to let you know that VMs on our HVM173 hypervisor are currently experiencing performance issues. This only affects VPSs on the HVM173. Our System Administrators are monitoring the situation and working on a resolution.

SAN16 VPS Reboot

C4D.12 Rack Service Interruption

We are getting in touch with you to let you know about a service interruption issue affecting servers hosted within the rack C4D.12 at our Dallas Datacenter. This issue renders all dedicated servers present in this location down. Our System Administration team is working on to resolve the issue.
