We are getting in touch with you to let you know that at approximately 15:00 EDT, the server USEast23 begun experiencing performance issues necessitating an emergency migration. We are working on migrating all accounts hosted on the server to other servers to address this issue.

If you are using our DNS services no changes are required on your part. If you however utilize third party services please let us know so that we can provide you with the IP address. It will also be visible in the cPanel sidebar for accounts.

We are working on correcting this issue and will provide status updates here as they become available.

Cloud VPS Hypervisors maintenance: HVM47 - HVM56 - Wednesday, August 19th

We wanted to inform you about planned Cloud facility maintenance that we are conducting on Wednesday, August 19th. We will be moving Cloud VPS hypervisors to a new, more customized, cage that will provide us with better network and power management options.

This will affect all the Cloud VPS instances that are set up on hypervisors HVM47 - HVM56.

All of the customers that will be affected by this move have been notified via email.

The maintenance will be completed between 10 PM and 2 AM EDT.

During the move, we will stop all the Cloud VPS instances, unrack hypervisors from their current location, rack in the new cage and start servers back up again. The whole process should take 60 minutes and servers will be inaccessible during the maintenance. Although the maintenance window is set to 4 hours, no VPS should be down for more than 60 minutes.

Please let us know if you notice any problems with your server outside of the maintenance window.
