We are getting in touch with you to let you know that at approximately 05:00 EDT, the server UK13 begun experiencing trouble with the IP address 81.19.182.200 rendering websites hosted on this IP address not accessible. We are working on correcting this issue and will provide status updates here as they become available.

UPDATE: As of 20:30 EDT the IP address 81.19.182.200 is now responsive. If you continue to have troubles please contact our support.

Cloud VPS Hypervisors maintenance: HVM114 - HVM129 - Thursday, July 30th

We are getting in touch to let you know about planned Cloud facility
maintenance that we are conducting on Thursday, July 30th. We will be
moving 15 Cloud VPS hypervisors to a new, more customized, cage
that will provide us with better network and power management options.

This will affect all the Cloud VPS instances that are set up on
hypervisors HVM114 - HVM129

All of the customers that will be affected by this move have been
notified via email.

The maintenance will be completed between 10 PM and 2 AM EDT.

During the move, we will stop all the Cloud VPS instances, unrack
hypervisors from their current location, rack in the new cage and start
servers back up again. The whole process should take 60 minutes
and servers will be inaccessible during the maintenance.

Please let us know if you notice any problems with your server outside
of the maintenance window.

UPDATE: As of 00:25 EDT the migration is in progress. Our admins are working to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible.
UPDATE: As of 03:10 EDT this is complete.

We are getting in touch to let you know about planned Cloud facility

We are getting in touch with you to let you know that at approximately 12:00 AM EDT we began experiencing difficulty with the HK2 server. It will be taken offline to diagnose the problems it is experiencing and repair them. We will of course get the maintenance done as quickly as possible, but given that we are unsure of the underlying cause, we are unsure how long this will be. We will update this status as soon as we know more.
